Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful seaside neighborhood. The house is located on a warm ocean bay, only yards away from the saltwater beach. Sit in the sunroom and see the sparkle of the water. Take advantage of the many
activities nearby, then enjoy your peaceful retreat when your day is done. We have a wonderful outdoor shower, complete with hot water. You will find yourself relaxing and may even sigh as you drive across the causeway and view the water on both sides on the way to your peaceful retreat.
For a full day at the beach, South Cape Beach, a mile + long white sandy beach, is a short drive away; no highway travel is necessary to get there, and the traffic is minimal. Located on one of the southernmost points of Cape Cod, the water is exceptionally warm, yet still refreshing. After a busy day, enjoy the breeze on our cheery sun porch. Take beautiful sunset photos right
at our beach.
Walk along the causeway for an up-close look at the nesting osprey; at night, you may be able to see the lights on Martha's Vineyard across Nantucket Sound. This restful sanctuary by the sea is off the beaten path, private and serene, yet attractions are close by. Many golf courses are popular with guests, as well as shopping and fine dining at the Mashpee Commons.
Seconsett Island is surrounded by salt water and accessible by car over a causeway. (A "causeway" is a road elevated on a sandbank, usually across a body or water or wetland.) See the "Aerial view" of the island below.
